The U.S. Trade Representative just announced the latest batch of exclusions from the China 301 tariffs. The list published in the Federal Register today covers one 10-digit HTS subheading and 107 specific product descriptions from List 3. They are a result of 177 separate exclusion requests and retroactive to September 24, 2018 and will remain in place until August 7, 2020.
