U.S.T.R. Grants Two Additional Exclusions Extensions on China 301 Tariffs

9903.88.60 – List 1

Effective with respect to goods entered on or after October 2, 2020, and through December 31, 2020, the USTR has granted another extension to the list.These 9 exclusion extensions were set to expire on October 2, 2020 and are now extended from the additional duties provided for in heading 9903.88.01.

9903.88.61 – List 2

Effective with respect to goods entered on or after October 2, 2020, and through December 31, 2020, the USTR has granted another extension to the list.These 28 exclusion extensions were set to expire on October 2, 2020 and are now extended from the additional duties provided for in heading 9903.88.02.
