Additional Exclusions to China 301 Products Announced

The U.S. Trade Representative has published yet another set of exclusions from the Section 301 additional tariffs for products on List 3 imported from China. The exclusions will apply from September 24, 2018 to August 7, 2020 and cover 119 tariff items. Customs will be issuing instructions on entry guidance and implementation of these exclusions.

Please review the attached list to see if your imports are affected. Exclusions apply on those goods imported since September 24, 2018. Keep in mind your product(s) must meet the specific description next to the HTS – Harmonized Tariff Schedule – number.
