On September 27, 2019 the U.S. Trade Representative granted yet another set of exclusion requests. Below are the most recent exclusions from the Section 301 additional 25% on Lists 1 and 2 from China published in the Federal Register today October 2, 2019.

List 1 exclusions are retroactive to July 6, 2018 through October 2, 2020

List 2 exclusions are retroactive to August 23, 2018 through October 2, 2020

Please review the attached lists to see if your products are affected. Whether or not you filed for an exclusion, you are entitled to the retroactive refund of duties as long as your imported item meets the specific scope for that product description. Please contact your local C J representative to determine if your imports meet the requirement and either process a Post Summary Correction (PSC) if the entry is within the time limits for a PSC, or file a protest for those entries that have liquidated.

We will continue to monitor the situation and advise of any further developments. If you have any questions, please contact your local C J representative.
