Potential China 301 Tariff Refunds on Lists 3 and 4A – Must Act Quickly

A lawsuit filed at the Court of International Trade on September 10 challenged the tariffs covered by List 3 and List 4A. According to the lawsuit, the process by which the USTR implemented these tariffs violated the Administrative Procedures Act.
